Robin Hood Tennis Lesson Roster
2009 Season: June 17 – July 17
The 2009 Robin Hood Tennis Season will run from June
17 through July 17 and will comprise 5 weeks
of tennis with classes twice a week.
NOTE:
the season starts on
WEDNESDAY JUNE 17.
See roster and schedule below.
We
will need to schedule one Friday class for
all of the Groups to get 10 lessons in.
Time TBD.
Three Groups will play on Mondays and Wednesdays and
three Groups will play on Tuesdays and
Thursdays as noted in the chart below.
The three Monday & Wednesday classes - - Groups I, II
and III - - will be coached by Lee Ingham,
Good Counsel High School Tennis Coach.
Two of the Tuesday & Thursday classes, Groups IV and
V, will be coached by Sol Lopez, a certified
tennis instructor.

Giampetroni and Courtney Tolson - -
will take turns assisting Sol with the Group
IV and Group V classes.
Lee will coach the Tuesday & Thursday Group VI teens
from 5 p.m. – 6 p.m., with Sol as her
alternate.
Tennis Supplies
Each child should bring one new can of tennis balls to leave
for the tennis hopper at the first tennis
lesson, and their own tennis racquet.
Players should wear shorts or skirts
with pockets (to hold tennis balls), t-shirts and tennis shoes.
Children may not play in
flip-flops, etc.
Children should bring water to each practice and may need
caps because it gets HOT on the courts.
